About Heather
Building the Confident and Inspiring Leaders Your Business Needs Next.
I do this work because I believe leadership is one of the most human things we can do — and too often, we make it harder than it needs to be.
After years in HR and operations, I saw firsthand what happens when technically brilliant people are promoted into leadership roles without the confidence, tools, or mindset to lead well. That gap costs organizations time, talent, and trust — and it leaves new leaders feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or like they’re faking it.
I created this business to change that. I design leadership development programs, coaching experiences, and practical tools that meet people where they are — and help them grow into leaders who can inspire, decide, and deliver.
Because when leaders show up with clarity, confidence, and care? Every person in the organization benefits.
Let’s Build Better Leaders For Your Company.
Why I Care About the Way We Lead
I didn’t set out to be a coach…
I followed my curiosity about what makes people tick, and that path led me here. I spent over 25 years in retail and HR leadership roles, supporting teams through big challenges, major growth, and everything in between. Along the way, I realized my favorite part of every job was helping leaders find their footing, grow their confidence, and show up in a way that felt real — not robotic.
Today, I work with organizations that want more from their leadership development. Not fluff or theory, but grounded, human support that actually shifts how people lead. Whether I’m running a workshop or coaching a senior leader, my goal is the same: to make leadership feel more doable — and more impactful — for the people who carry its weight every day.
Clients say I bring clarity, calm, and just the right dose of humour to the work. If that sounds like the kind of partner you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
I LOVE...
Long bike rides that end with snacks.
Thoughtful conversations over strong coffee.
Learning random things and immediately wanting to teach them to someone else.
I LOATHE...
Being overscheduled (even if I did it to myself).
Small talk with no follow-up.
Meetings with no point, plan, or snacks.
FUN FACTS…
I’ve biked hundreds of kilometers but still get lost in IKEA.
My dog, Norman, thinks he’s my co-facilitator (and honestly, he might be right).
A client once said she learned more from me than ChatGPT. (Sorry, robot friends!.)
